Systems that
run the work
of tomorrow

We design, build and run enterprise platforms — fleet intelligence, ESG compliance, event operations, private AI and Cloud ERP — from our studio in Far East Square. No outsourcing. No hand-offs. One team, end to end.

Who we are

A product company that still builds to order

Hannsville Technologies started as a specialist software consultancy in Singapore. Today we run a portfolio of our own enterprise platforms — and we still take on the bespoke work that keeps us sharp. That combination is unusual, and it is the whole point: everything we ship for a client has already been battle-tested inside a product of our own.

We work across logistics, sustainability, retail, hospitality and public sector environments. Small senior team, direct access to the people writing the code, and a bias toward systems that are still useful in five years.

Built for scale

Architected to grow from a single depot to a national fleet without a rewrite.

Regulation-ready

Singapore PDPA and SGX climate disclosure designed in, not bolted on.

Still here after go-live

Support, enhancement and roadmap work is standard — not a separate sales conversation.

More about us
Our platforms

Four products. One engineering spine.

Each platform solves a problem we kept meeting in client work — and each runs on the same foundations for identity, data residency, audit trails and integrations.

01
Fleet & Transport

ITMOS Fleet System

An Intelligent Transport Management & Operations System for operators who need to know where every vehicle is, how it is being driven, and what it will cost next month.

FAQ

Questions we get before the demo

By default in Singapore. Every platform supports Singapore data residency, and HeyKiko and Securus can be deployed entirely on your own infrastructure if data must never leave your perimeter. The specific arrangement goes in writing before contract.
Almost always. Integration is one of our nine service lines — we build API connectors and middleware for ERP, CRM, accounting, HR and telematics hardware. If a system has an API, a database or a scheduled export, we can work with it.
Platform deployments usually go live in 4–8 weeks depending on data migration. Bespoke builds run 3–6 months to a first production release, delivered in two-week increments so you see progress continuously rather than at the end.
Both. Snowfire starts at S$26 per user per month specifically so a ten-person company can run proper ERP. On the bespoke side we are honest about fit — if an off-the-shelf tool serves you better, we will say so.
A support arrangement with a defined SLA, monitoring on the environment, and a quarterly roadmap review. The engineers who built the system maintain it — there is no handover to a separate support organisation.
Yes. We provide outsourced DPO services and PDPA consultancy, including data inventory, policy drafting, breach response planning and staff training.
Next step

Bring us the messy problem. We like those.

A 30-minute call, no deck, no obligation. Tell us what is breaking and we'll say honestly whether we're the right team to fix it.
